I struggled initially on the website to add the Cruise extension to the annual travel policy that I wanted - I couldn’t work out how to do it. I eventually overcame the problem and once I’d done this...

Good to deal with
Good clear answers to questions regarding pre-existing medical conditions. Good price. Haven't rated 5 star as website seems to crash occcasionally.

Simply peace of mind.
Very straightforward application process, great value for money, adding on an activity pack didn't double the price, no lengthy forms to complete for family member with well controlled asthma.
