Disappointing
They were unable to offer me cover because I wanted more days for a single trip than they were willing to offer. Did not therefore renew my piolicy.

Many thanks for your feedback. Though there are certain age-related limits on annual policies, common amongst travel insurers, a single trip policy may well better suit your travel needs. Got the insurance policy no problem good price didn't have to use it on last holiday but as twelve month policy will be taking it away again with is

Which recommendation
chose letsgoinsure following Which recommendation, straightforward online process in setting up policy, and good competitive prices, test of any policy however is when you need to claim

At the point I paid for renewal of my annual travel insurance policy my computer closed the page because of malware. I did not get a confirmation email or my policy documents. My credit card...

Many thanks for your comments. The issue concerning malware sounds local to your computer, as our policy renewals site is SSL certified as secure, and so should cause no such problems. We have recently experienced an issue with emails which seems to have been responsible for you not receiving your documents. We have promptly fixed this, but nonetheless apologise for the inconvenience, and hope you will consider insuring with us again in the future.
