Quick and easy to use web site. Good value for money for senior travellers. States all the information you need. I have used them before (pre-pandemic) and will use them again.

45 minutes to get through to an operator to be told they could not talk to me as I was not the person on the policy. Which was the reason I was ringing to tell them that they had the wrong...
