Friendly and informative
The customer service representative was friendly and helpful. She provided the relevant information for our stay and was not too pushy on selling extras. Straight forward and easy to book.

THe online booking didnt work, i spent an hour trying to do it. not sure why, my credit card company was putting the credit in holding for the booking, but the website wasnt taking it. i had to ring...
