Very helpful service from Leasepoint. There were delays from the manufacturer for the vehicle which were out of their control but they kept me informed throughout.

It can be problematic when manufacturers present delayed production times, though we do ensure our customers are well informed, so we are glad you found our service good in this respect. Happy to use them again and would recommend them. Bit of unnecessary toing and froing on paperwork, but otherwise all good. The car arrived with no floor mats??

Thanks for the feedback, and we value any opportunities to find improvements with our admin process. On review, there was a need for your paperwork to be completed twice, however this was owing to the changes with road fund licence on April 1st which caused a change to the price of the car and necessiated new documents to be completed, as the first set were completed before the release of new road tax rates by the DVLA. Also, carpet mats were supplied and were in the boot of the car.
