Great website with the all-important sizes for each style. There is rather a lot of packaging; I guess this is part of making them feel like a premium product. The ten per cent off is a good...
Very efficient and reassuring. Good communication and efficient service.

As stated there was a tiny hole in the fabric of the bag. However the service from purchase to arrival was great.

Having identified a small flaw I was immediately sent a new bag. The service from Kukuna has been excellent and very helpful. As a runner these bags will be invaluable on wet long trail runs and I appreciate the support from the company on issuing a replacement.
