Hello! Sorry to see that you weren't as happy with your cake as we would have liked. It appears that the order was slightly damaged upon delivery also which is not ideal, so I apologise for this also! I've passed your feedback on to the baking and creative teams regarding the frosting. We do use frosting on all of our cakes as this keep them fresh but any feedback is always welcome and we're grateful to hear ways in which we can improve going forward. Hopefully you'll give us another chance to impress you in the future. I'd definitely recommend the upcoming return of our Passionfizz Cake, which we will have available again in mid July!
