We are extremely sorry that you felt the need to leave the feedback for the service you received. We pride ourselves on a fast and efficient turn around on all orders placed, as was the case in this instance-where your order was out for delivery to you the day after it was placed.Upon dispatch our courier provides you with a 1 hour delivery slot both by text and email to give a rough estimate for delivery for your convenience. As you weren’t available for two delivery attempts, the DPD Shop, you nominated for redelivery weren’t able to take the delivery due to the large size of the parcel. Whilst we can only apologise for this inconvenience to you, we must also sympathise with DPD & the shop collection point as due to limited space they can normally only accept small packages. We hope this experience does not put you off using us in the future and we thank you for your custom.

r not. Just to be clear, I have no complaints about knight apart from not making clear that the delivery would be Mon
to fri office hours only, and I don't remember there being any other delivery options. I did tick the box to say I had not tried the product yet.
One thing that is misleading in the comments above is the implication that I chose an unsatisfactory delivery shop Actually the delivery company chose it - they only gave one option, the closest, which they later said is unsuitable. They did not offer an alternative. On space, the item is a small bin, not something huge. I think that there are a lot of good companies giving poor info on what the delivery terms will be, which causes problems. This is what prompted me to write this. A reply is not necessary.
