Great service, beautifully soft leather and fast delivery even at a busy time of year. The only place I know of that sells changing bags you would want to be seen with.
I want to love this bag, but on going to use the bag for the first time I noticed a cut in the leather, was hoping to exchange the bag, but as not still in packaging not able to, yet only arrived 4...

We do ask everyone to check their items thoroughly before removing the packaging as we have no way of knowing if this has happened while being used if the packaging is removed.
