Thank you so much for your comment and feedback. I am sorry that you would like to have had a light in your storage room. We have lights in some of our rooms and if you wish to transfer into such a room, then just speak to one of the store staff and this can be organised. As far as opening hours are concerned, we are, in fact, the only storage centre in Dundee that is open 7 days a week. Should we decide to install 24 hour access systems in the store, we will, of course, let you know. In the meantime, if for any reason you need emergency access outside office hours then please contact the store staff and we will endeavour to assist. Thank you again - your input is highly valued. As far as your storage room on the top floor is concerned, we maintain a very high standard of cleanliness in the building and this is made easier by being a modern purpose built property. There has never been any issue with dust before in rooms on the top floor, but if you would prefer to have a room on the ground or first floors, then please do ask the store staff and they will happily accommodate you elsewhere in the building.
