Sent 1 roll back worth £55.00 back by recorded delivery as did not have a reply . Then had an email when had already sent it saying there would be not be a refund less 25%. I was going to purchase...

We love the three wallpapers that we bought from you. The service was excellent for both the samples and for the main rolls. However we found the website really awful! You can't view your basket...

Arrived when said within a few days of ordering. Well packaged. Best price.
I had run out of a small amount of wallpaper, I know they send out samples which means they use a roll to cut the samples . They have been unhelpful in trying to resolve my problem I had purchased 2...

Unfortunately, Kandola's crystalised wallpapers are special order items and we do not have access to full rolls to cut pieces from. As advised, samples can be ordered, however, are only A4 in size.
