We understand that sometimes it is frustrating not receiving your package within allocated time scale. We do clearly state on our website that delivery can take between 3-5 working days if standard delivery option is chosen, however sometimes it is not in our physical control that delivery gets delivered within that slot, unexpected situations do arise by the courier company and this may delay your delivery.
On the notes it does state we have kept you notified of the delay and has been advised by our customer service team that expect your package for Monday/Tuesday next week.
