I cannot tell you how truly sorry we are that you have had to return all your products to us except the Easy Flattering Knit. We hate to think of ourselves as a supplier of poor quality goods because there’s a lot of work goes into ensuring the quality of the items that you receive from us. We are now working very closely with our customers and we do hope in the future that we can continue to improve with the information and feedback we a getting. After locating your account I have now placed a note on it stating that you can have free returns on your next order, therefore you will be able to try any future products without the worry that you may have to return the goods at a cost to you. Thank you for your great comments regarding our different styles and the range of our sizes. After locating your account I am extremely sorry to hear that after such a small amount of time the wooden rosary has broke. I can see that this item has never been returned to us even though we would have gladly arranged for the product to be returned to us at no extra cost. I have now arranged for a free replacement to be sent, and hope this goes some way in saying how sorry we are for the product did not last longer.
