Thank you for taking the time to send us your comments re your order you placed with Joe Browns. I am sorry that certain items did not come up to your expectations and I have passed the comments through to the relative buying teams, who will look at the denim used in the jeans and cotton for the shirts. The pistachio shirt may soften on washing, but again we will look at this. With regard to sizes offered we are looking all the time to increase this, and as we grow so will the numbers of options increase also. I love Joe Browns. The clothes are a bit different and unique. I am constantly being asked if I buy my clothes abroad. Only problem can be the variation in sizes from garment to garment. I have shirts ranging from sizes 8-12. Had a problem with a courier but this has now been resolved thanks to the brilliant sales staff.
