Our 'Rustic' Show Barn is proving popular with customers and we will be aiming to update it for the 2017 Season ahead.
Our apologies if there was some confusion around the pricing. Whilst our driver is equipped for delivering to most locations, we do emphasise on our website that “customer assistance may be required with larger items” (to avoid additional delivery costs), so our driver would usually check this at the point of delivery.

Thank you for your response. We placed our order in person and therefore were not aware of the delivery information on your website nor was it mentioned to us. We believe we should have been made aware of this by your representative, particularly after we mentioned the steps. He did not make any notes on our order. The driver was very surprised to see we had steps. Had we been informed we would have either paid an additional charge to have 2 people make the delivery or ensured that someone was at home who was in a position to help. We hope you take this on board as an opportunity for improvement in your in-person sales.
Efficient and friendly. The bench was delivered on the day and in the time frame quoted. It was quickly assembled where I wanted it to be so I didn't have to move it.
The service was perfect and the delivery timely and efficient.
The only improvement might be if you took the packaging away! (But I'm not complaining.)
