Thank you for the honest review. Firstly, we are happy that JerseyTravel was able to help you, our reservations team always does its best to make clients happy :) Secondly, the reason why our services are slightly higher than booking direct is that we have more than one back-up plan if difficulties arise. We feel relief that eventually you had a nice holiday :)

Jersey Travel did an excellent job in arranging our short vacation to Jersey. Flights, hotel and food very good. Hotelier made us very welcome.

They did exactly what we asked. We were met at the airport, taken to the hotel, which was good. Some of the hotel staff were terrific.
