Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry that you appear not entirely happy with our service. As previously explained, Free Standing AVC complaints often take a long time to resolve (as yours has). Although this is ultimately out of our hands especially once it was referred to the Financial Service Compensation Scheme , I can see that we have kept you regularly updated throughout the process.
