The purchase was very straight forward and easy to complete, I chose the E-gift and the voucher came by email in minutes. It hasn't been used yet as it is a gift for Christmas.

Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately, the ongoing Royal Mail strikes are severely affecting their collection and delivery times. I can confirm that your order was dispatched to them the next working day (that they were not on strike) after your order was placed. Thank you for your feedback, unfortunately, orders that were/are placed using the Royal Mail first class option are all experiencing much longer than usual delays with Royal Mail’s distribution and delivery services due to their ongoing strikes. Please check with your local Royal Mail sorting/delivery office as they are advising us that First Class deliveries are taking up to 7-10 working days to get through. Kind Regards, Tammy.
