Bare kunder med kjøpsbevis kan legge igjen en Feefo-anmeldelse. Vi kvalitetssikrer dette ved å ta kontakt med kjøperne rett etter transaksjonen.

Hvordan verifiserer vi anmeldelser?

Vi kontrollerer at anmeldelsene kommer fra ekte kunder ved å knytte dem til et salg eller en transaksjon. Folk inviteres bare til å legge igjen en anmeldelse etter at de har kjøpt noe fra virksomheten.

good follow up for renewal. Didn't answer a query about renewal once payment had been sent though. Second person from InSync contacted me about renewal when the process had already been started.

I dealt with Paul Ellis, he was very patient. I had a lot of going back and forth with my manager inorder to get the insurance quote accepted etc. Once it was everything went through very smoothly.
