Engineer arrived next day and was friendly, you just have to endure 45 minutes of phone call to get through to book him. Issue hasn't been resolved with the machine yet.

The visit from the engineer was cancellled, another offered and when accepted and confirmed that was no longer available, had to wait a while for another. Last visit worked as planned.
