I’ve only had positive experiences booking through hotels .com and have used them several times and changing a booking is easy too

Price went up for no reason
Benefit is being able to pay with Klarna otherwise would have booked direct with hotel or booking.com. Used to have a good rewards system too with 10th night free but not that’s changed to OneKey...
