Thank you for your review. It's great to hear that Sam was able to support you throughout your search and help you explore the available options. Different purchase routes offer different benefits, and we'll always want customers to choose the option that best suits them. It's wonderful to hear you've found the solution that's right for you. Every Home for Life Plan is unique, and figures will vary based on the customer needs and circumstances. Many people choose the Home for Life Plan because it can help them secure a home that might otherwise be out of reach, with no ongoing rent or mortgage payments, while also providing the option to protect a guaranteed inheritance based on the future value of the property. While the plan wasn't the right solution for you, we're delighted that you've found the perfect property and wish you every happiness in your new home by the sea. Thank you for sharing your experience. We're glad you felt supported throughout, with Simi and the team handling as much of the process as they could alongside you — particularly juggling the moving parts in the final stages, when all parties are working hard to line up the same date. No two moves are the same, but your feedback helps us see where changes can make our processes run more smoothly in future. We're delighted to hear how you're now settling in and enjoying being closer to your family, and wish you every happiness in your new home. Best regards, Jess On behalf of Homewise
