staff helpful, facilities good except lighting on timer too short interval while sorting kept having to go to hall to get light again.

Thank you for your feedback, all our lights are on timers like most storage facilities for both cost and environmental reasons. The length of time the lights remain on is usually suffice for most customers. However we will investigate that particular lighting circuit to make sure it is set correctly and investigate options to get around this in the future if required.

Very clean and tidy, very secure and easy to access, customer service was fantastic, no hassle and friendly, good follow up, I forgot to call and say I'd moved my things out, they rang me 2 days...
very good in all .the manager was very helpful in setting me up with what I needed
and leaving was just as easy
helped me get through that and if I need to store again ill be back there
Great service but the lift needs a line to indicate the roof height on the upper level. It crushed my couch.

Thank you for your positive review regarding our Self Storage services. In response to your idea of a Free month after a period of time for long term customers I am happy to say you were actually getting that. Most of our competitors offer one rate with sometimes a free month on move in only where as we offer a discounted rate for customers storing for 6 months or more which basically gives you a free month every year.
