We note that the light bulbs (which are energy savers) outside your unit are indeed a little dim, particularly while they warm up; we have asked our electrician to investigate alternatives as soon as possible, and we will keep you informed on progress. Regarding opening hours, we are open 7 days a week and most Bank Holidays, but we do not offer 24-hour access at our Horsham site because this would significantly increase our costs and make it impossible to maintain our very low prices. I am sorry to hear that you thought we were not very friendly – I have passed your comment on to the branch manager for investigation.
