Your staff did not read the directions for delivery I left on the payment advice with PayPal and consequently this item cost me an extra $24.50 in postage. This has made me decide not to buy...

Thanks for your feedback - I'm sorry to hear your item went to the incorrect address.
Please note however, that our orders get shipped to the address you enter in our system during the check-out process. We don't have access to your PayPal information for security reasons.
The address you enter on the PayPal payment page associates with your payment option.
This would be why your order was sent to the WA address you specified in relation to this order before proceeding to payment.

Easy to use website. The hardest part was not getting too carried away...
