I understand as the buyer we are not the primary client but they were not always helpful in passing oninforation that would have helped us understand and spead up the process better.

Would absolutely recommend

Hi Stephanie, the fifth star would have been there if we were not one of the first to buy a property on St Giles Park. As "guinea pigs", we have had to wait for answers to things because the information wasn't yet available/decided. But that doesn't take away from the professionalism of staff and our questions were always acknowledged quickly.
