After a few emails back and forth with customers service I’ve given up trying to get a reasonable resolution. See my reviews on the membrane fault.

Our grass membrane is designed to block light to prevent weeds while remaining fully permeable to water. We are keen to investigate this further and have requested additional information to assist us.
