The majority of our grass is cut using an automated machine, and discrepancies are infrequent. In the event of any shortfall, we are committed to finding the quickest resolution. If an unlikely situation occurs, we offer to either collect and replace the item or collect and refund it, provided the grass is in its original state and has not been altered or cut. This is outlined on our website for your reference before placing an order.
