Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Over priced and pressured old couple to pay as soon as job was completed.

Over priced £222 for an hours work. Pressured old couple to pay as soon as work was completed. Rather than just repairing cut in cable engineer replaced working parts ie booster and amplifier.

Good afternoon Mr James -- We are sorry to hear this and you felt the job was overpriced. We have to remind that there is absolutely no obligation and customers have every opportunity to decline the quote and explore alternative prices. We also offer pensioner discounts plus there was no call out charge - so we are here to help where we can. Always happy to discuss further if you are not happy with the work carried out, so please feel free to call and one of the team will at hand to assist you. Kind Regards, The Grande Digital Team
