Aerial problems identified, assessed and sorted. After 4 weeks, without TV through problems with broadband and TV packages , I now have freesat TV.

Wouldn't use again

Engineer turned up, would listen to what he was being told about the job/issue/reason why the had been booked. Went and looked behind the TV, he couldn't see any problems, so when he finally listened...

Good afternoon -- We have checked back with the engineer who made the visit. The satellite dish you have is an international / Polish type which we cannot service or repair. This really should have been established at the point of booking to save you any time and the engineer a wasted visit. There was also no call out charge so the only expense was your time.
