Good morning -- The last thing we want is a wasted trip for the engineer and of course any inconvenience for yourself. Unfortunately we are unable to provide a cost over the phone as there are so many variables involved with an aerial installation, hence a free no obligation survey is carried out and then the engineers knows the full picture of what is required. This can be things such as signal strength or if a mast is required etc. Also Freesat is with a satellite dish and not an aerial which we can't supply anyway.
