Hvordan samles Feefo-anmeldelsene inn?

Good morning -- We are sorry to learn of your negative experience on this occasion. Obviously in the end we matched the other price you had been quoted, but also, it took the engineers knowledge, experience and equipment to identify what was required to rectify the issue. Obviously parts are available online, but it would be difficult to know what to buy unless anyway had the experience etc to know what to buy. If you are experiencing any further issues please do not hesitate to contact us and we would be more than happy to rectify anything and at your convenience. Kind Regards, The Grande Digital Team

Hva Steven Smith sa om grandedigital.co.uk:

Fast and effcient.

Very knowledgeable and efficient engineer. I don't like negociating on price over the phone once a solution is diagnosed. Do not accept their first price for any installation.
