Good morning -- We are sorry to hear this Mr Fleming and your experience failed to meet your expectations. Obviously it did take the engineers knowledge and experience to identify the problem that an amplifier was required. Plus we don't just sell parts. Also, we do hope we are competitive on price and from time to time discounts can be applied, however, we like to think the professional and efficient service provided is worth the money.
