don't use this service

the technician didn't event took the time to do the antenna alignement ... he told me that they only work with uk satellite when i asked to have the antenna pointed to hotbird

Quick diagnosis and fix

Very quick response. Installer diagnosed problem quickly and carried out repair straightway,, (after I paid of course). Not cheap but didn't seem unfair.
