Good afternoon -- Obviously we are sorry to hear this and the engineer who made the visit will be consulted. However, the engineers have no say on pricing after carrying out a full survey so this has to be agreed with the customer before the engineer can carry out any work, they would never normally just do a repair / install and then expect payment. We have consulted with the team member who you spoke with on the phone. He has clarified that the price was provided before the work was carried out. We have to do put a price through the system and relay that back to the engineer before he can proceed. The job also came with options for fitting with existing fittings or with new and had a 30% discount off the normal price.

A bit of confusion with more than one person handling the appointment.

Friendly polite engineer, fixed the problem of poor reception, a repair which I had been putting off for some time, a fault which I had put down to atmospherics.
