Engineer examined and gave me different options. Very honest assesment with no hard sell. Work then done quickly and effectively. Would recommend to anyone without reservation.

Efficient and friendly

Super efficient, friendly service. I was a bit dubious as the offer sounded too good to be true. The lady I spoke with on the phone was friendly and helpful as was Stuart the tech guy.
