Good afternoon Francis -- Starling is satellite broadband which to be honest isn't something we should be looking at so this should have been established at the point of booking. Also the job required a 20mm drill bit through a meter wide wall to feed the connector through. Sorry we were unable to assist but we are grateful you giving us the opportunity.
