Since clearly it is not the club I believe to have ordered I suggest golfio adopts the concept of sending a confirmation email as soon as the order is processed. In this way I would have had the opportunity to address the mistake rather than wondering if you are sending me the right club for 4 weeks.

Product was on back order from manufacturer. Website did not state this and no one from Golfio told me until I repeatedly reached out. I took over a month for me to get my $1000+ order.
