Thank you for your review, we’re sorry to hear about your experience. Thank you for providing further information so we could look into this with our customer care team, the team has advised that your boiler was installed in April 2025 and was not registered on our system until July 2025. All appliances must be registered within 30 days of installation for any extended guarantees. If your installer has advised of an extended guarantee, they needed to register the guarantee on our installer platform within 30 days of installation. Failure to register within 30 days will result in the guarantee reverting to the standard 12-month guarantee level. We apologise for any inconvenience caused with this. Kind regards, Glow-worm
