Excellent and efficient
Efficient. Contact made as soon as booking made which was late evening about 9pm. Noticed a mistake in booking and checked with me. Very good service.

Good for set bookings
I got a well priced Virgin Atlantic premium economy ticket day before travel through them. There were no issues but will see if I have to make changes what the customer service would be like...

Highly disappointed as after my initial booking I requested for them to add a lap infant to my booking and was completely ignored. My return was made so much more difficult. Have to change my review.
