Flight cost is competitive but information on what is included / excluded could be clearer. Also making follow up phone calls without prior arrangement after 9pm is not welcomed.

No notification for delayed flight
Flight was delayed 21 hours. No notice provided so I found out at the airport. I have received no response to my email to customer service.
