Best Internet Access, typicaly poor customer service
Once in the Internet connection is fantastic.
You pay extra for a "Static IP address" but every year to 18 months it changes.
Customer Service people are reading from a screen and don't understand...

Great service!
Brought us hi-speed broadband when BT could only provide 3.8mbs downloads and 0.38 abs uploads. Now we have 340mbs in both directions.

Couldn't even get the install right
Good broadband, but late, rush-job poor installation and terrible customer service agents who hide behind made-up names and have fun taking it out of you and passing you about the team while doing...
