It is variable with regard to connection speeds and I consider too expensive compared to what is being offered elsewhere

Good speed and service. Fibre to the house.
Good service all round. When I had a problem with the speed they sent engineer around who replace my old router with a new one. Now I get my 300Mb.

Great speeds
Speeds are great. They have a few issues, I assume as they continue to roll out to nearby areas. Issues are quickly resolved though, and their communication when they have outages is excellent.

Good service, expensive, poor cabling.
Repairs carried out quickly but still annoyed that the cable running to 3 houses is not buried to the industry standard and in places around the wall is on the surface.

Feel ignored, bad communication.
I emailed about an issue with my wifi and service and felt like they didn't care or listen. Communication is slow/non existent.
