We ordered your item from our supplier which arrived Friday. We dispatched promptly the same day on a next working day delivery service, to get the item to you on Monday. You weren't contacted because the item wasn't a next day delivery item. This means it falls into our standard delivery policy of 1-3 working days. We were therefore within this, but we're sorry if you felt we should have got the item to you faster.

We're sorry the part didn't fit, but considering you didn't call or contact us for advice, I'm not sure why you ordering the wrong part should result in us getting negative feedback. We're always available for advice on the correct part, but you do have to actually let us know before we're able to help.
