Please accept my apologies for the disappointment caused when ordering from Garden Trading, we aim to consistently deliver a high standard of customer service and we do appreciate any feedback. Unfortunately our website was showing stock when you place your order, when our warehouse came to pick the items we were unable to locate them, regrettably as we were unaware of this we could not make contact with you sooner. We do have more stock coming in this week which is sooner than expected, once these come in we will get your order sent out. Once again I apologies for the inconvenience and disappointment caused.
