Thank you for your feedback on your recent purchase from Galleon Supplies. I was really disappointed to read that you have experienced a few problems with your deliveries and the service you have received from Galleon. We do pride ourselves on dealing with any issues/complaints we receive in a prompt and efficient manner. I do apologies that you did not receive this level of service. We do have a contract with our couriers which says they cannot leave goods unattended unless previously agreed with us or the customer to be left in a safe dry place. Thank you for taking the time to speak with me today and as agreed I will be sending replacement hand towels out today for delivery tomorrow with a different courier. I have also made a note on your account to ensure goods are not left unattended going forward. Thank you for your patience and understanding and we look forward to being of service to you again soon.
