Hi Aliesha, Thank you for your review and we are sorry to read your comment. We often have items for sale that are pre-order and are not dispatched until the launch date. The order you placed with us contained a pre-order item which is why there was a delay between when you placed the order and the item arriving. We recall your initial email asking about when items would arrive and we split the order for you so that you would receive items as they were released. We are sorry that the items didn't arrive as quickly as you expected but we do hope you will order with us again in future
