I had to call several times to get a policy, when it came , no policy number was attached, then the details were incorrect, it took several attempts to get it right. Not enough attention to detail...

Gave great advice about flood insurance. As live in area at risk. Have had building insurance with them for 2 years very helpful agents that talk to you so you understand
Disappointing. They refused to renew our house insurance and couldn’t or wouldn’t home a reason.

Actually Fresh are a very good company insured our property when others declined
