Many thanks for your review. I'm glad you loved seeing Belgium and the Netherlands on a bike and boat holiday. I'm very sorry that the guide was a little under par in his local knowledge and we have forwarded your feedback to the barge owner requesting that this area be improved on.

Many thanks for the review Derek and we're so glad you enjoyed your holiday overall. Our local supplier is working to source an alternative 'superior' hotel for the night in Nowy Targ and we've also asked that the evening meals be served a little later than you experienced.

Thanks for the positive feedback, we're glad you enjoyed your cycling holiday in Provence.

So glad it all went well. This cycling holiday really is a great way to tour Flanders and take in the WWI battlefields and cemeteries.

We love these bike and boat holidays in Croatia too and for exactly the same reasons. Swimming from the boat after a day in the saddle is pure heaven!

Many thanks and we're glad you had a great time.

Great to hear everything went so well Fiona and in light of your comments we will definitely be recommending this tour to family cyclists in the future. I look forward to discussing next year's trip with you soon.

So glad you enjoyed your trip Atida. To be honest, this is the first time we've heard of someone preferring route notes and maps to gpx tracks and it'll be interesting to see how many others echo your sentiments. We find that most customers, who have a choice, prefer to use a GPS as it allows them to enjoy the ride without having to stop and consult the map/notes every few kilometers. That said, I also appreciate that if you enjoy self-navigation then the maps are definitely more rewarding. What's available does differ by tour so be sure to ask about this before booking your next trip.

Lovely to hear you will use us again and that you enjoyed your cycling Holiday aboard the lovely Magnifique. Her new sister-ship, the Magnifique II, is also now in service offering the same levels of style and comfort.

Glad we managed to help you avoid the hooligans and lovely to hear all went well.
