We had a lot of issues when trying to order and if your ordering from the US than there is no toll free number so email is the best option but they are on different time zones so it takes a while to...

Thank you for your feedback. It seems your son might sit best in a size 1 GoTo seat although I understand your thinking behind purchasing a size 2 to allow room to grow. If you wish to discuss swapping of sizes then please do not hesitate to get in touch and we will certainly facilitate this. Also Michelle, regarding the floor sitter being wobbly, if you could check your inbox you will see I have sent you an email? We will have this looked into as soon as possible.
